Sahasrabhuja Avalokiteshvara is a cosmic form of Avalokiteshvara. He is the incarnation of the sympathy of all of the Buddha. The word 'Avalokita' means "observes the sounds of the world" and 'isvara' means "lord". The full name has been variously interpreted as the "the lord who hears the deepest and looks in every direction. 1000 armed Lokeshvara or Sahasrabhuja Lokeshvara is the most important of the Bodhisattvas, leads us to realize that everything that has happened in our lives, whether directly or indirectly is the result of our aspirations.
